What information is needed for a fast quotation?
Please specify the material and items you are interested in, the required sizes, and if possible, provide project drawings. If drawings aren't available, photos of your project site will help our designers suggest the best solution.
What is the typical delivery time?
In-stock items generally ship within 5-10 days. For custom orders or out-of-stock items, production usually takes 15-20 days, depending on the order quantity and specific requirements.
What are your accepted terms of payment?
Our standard terms are 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We commonly accept T/T, Western Union, and Paypal. We are open to discussing other convenient payment methods to support your needs.
